About You

As an HR employee at JobPoint, you are a full-timer who works in a structured and systematic manner. You maintain an overview and have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Furthermore, you have a strong sense of responsibility and are available for 40 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Calling applicants and conducting intake interviews
  2. Creating and executing recruitment campaigns
  3. Administrative processing of new personnel
  4. Responsible for HR-related correspondence
  5. Processing expense claims
  6. Possibly providing training to employees, followed by enjoyable gatherings
