At our client in the horticultural sector, you will have the opportunity to play a key role as an Employee Plant Raising active at the production site in De Lier. This position is essential for growing vegetable seeds into healthy plants. In your role you will be involved in various activities within the organization. It is a versatile position that requires you to be able to cope well with variation in tasks. You will work accurately and have an eye for detail while working with a close-knit team. The work atmosphere is informal and focused on collaboration.
Your responsibilities include:
- Complete care of fruit crop plants in the nursery.
- Sowing seeds and setting out plants.
- Shipping preparation of the raised plants.
- Actively participate in thinking about improvement processes and hygiene measures.
- Separation of various batches of plants.
- Preparing for a new breeding season.
