This opportunity is offered in two departments within our organization: the Boning Department and the CPSP (Consumer Products & Special Products) Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the role of novice butcher, meat processor or tenderizer, you will be responsible for accurately cutting our veal on a daily basis. As an apprentice, you will learn skills such as boning, slicing or cutting the meat to customer specifications. Also important is learning to maintain your tools, such as keeping your knife sharp, all according to the latest standards of quality, hygiene and safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is essential that you are able to follow the daily production schedule, where diligence and safety are paramount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
