Ezek a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k nagyobb v\u00e9delmet \u00e9s egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171bb munkaid\u0151-beoszt\u00e1st kapnak. Ez azt jelenti, hogy az \u00f6nfoglalkoztat\u00f3kkal dolgoz\u00f3 v\u00e1llalatoknak alaposan meg kell vizsg\u00e1lniuk az ilyen munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3kkal fenn\u00e1ll\u00f3 munkakapcsolataikat. A jelenleg az ad\u00f3hivatal honlapj\u00e1n tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 mintaszerz\u0151d\u00e9sek megsz\u0171nnek, \u00e9s \u00faj szab\u00e1lyok l\u00e9pnek \u00e9letbe. A v\u00e1llalatoknak id\u0151ben fel kell k\u00e9sz\u00fclni\u00fck erre, hogy elker\u00fclj\u00e9k a b\u00edrs\u00e1gokat \u00e9s a tov\u00e1bbi ad\u00f3kat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00f6telez\u0151 rokkants\u00e1gi biztos\u00edt\u00e1s (AOV) az \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Egy m\u00e1sik fontos int\u00e9zked\u00e9s a k\u00f6telez\u0151 rokkants\u00e1gi biztos\u00edt\u00e1s (AOV) az \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra. Ez ugyanis hat\u00e1ssal lehet a k\u00f6lts\u00e9gekre \u00e9s a szerz\u0151d\u00e9si felt\u00e9telekre, amikor \u00f6nfoglalkoztat\u00f3kat alkalmaznak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A vil\u00e1gh\u00e1bor\u00fas pr\u00e9miumok emelkednek<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2026-t\u00f3l a munkan\u00e9lk\u00fclis\u00e9gi biztos\u00edt\u00e1si t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny (WW) d\u00edjai emelkednek. Az \u00e1lland\u00f3 szerz\u0151d\u00e9sek alacsony d\u00edja 2,74 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kra, a rugalmas szerz\u0151d\u00e9sek magas d\u00edja pedig 7,74 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kra emelkedik.
