What You Need
- Experience as a practice manager in a dental practice;
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Strong leadership and the ability to motivate a team;
- Knowledge of dental procedures, regulations, and quality standards;
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
- Experience with practice software and administrative systems;
- Proficient in both Dutch and English languages;
