Graduate internship: Recruitment

Are you in the final year of your studies? Are you looking for a graduate internship in recruitment where you can really make an impact? Where your communication skills and aptitude for building relationships can flourish? Then we have an exciting challenge for you! 

What will you learn? 
As our Recruitment Intern, you will work to support JobPoint in finding the right candidates. You will analyze developments in the job market and research what the competition is doing. Together with the team you will develop strategies to attract candidates and ensure an optimal candidate experience. You will work on writing job postings and assist in screening and interviewing candidates. You will also participate in events and networking meetings to represent our brand. 

What could your day look like: 

• You will participate in brainstorming sessions with the recruitment team to discuss and implement strategies for recruitment campaigns. 

• You will research the latest trends in the job market and apply them to our recruitment strategies. 

• You will write engaging job postings and content for our website and social media. 

• You will think of new ways to promote our company to potential candidates and work on updates to our recruitment materials. 

• You research the approaches of competitors in the recruitment industry. 

• You will devise and formulate the unique selling points (USPs) for our vacancies and prepare yourself for interviews with candidates. 

• You discuss your findings during team meetings. 

• You will help create and implement a recruitment marketing plan. 

Who are we looking for: 

• You are pursuing a college degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel & Labor, Commercial Economics, or similar. 

• You are communicatively strong, proactive and have a passion for recruitment. 

• You are familiar with social media and digital tools. 

• You love challenges and have an enthusiasm for working with people.
