All-around Window Cleaner Freelancer (ZZP) Hoogvliet

Description

For our client in the cleaning sector, we are looking for a Window Cleaner who will focus on cleaning windows in Hoogvliet. Are you looking for a new challenge and are you the all-around window cleaner we are looking for? Then we would like to get in touch with you.

About You

You are an experienced all-around window cleaner with at least 5 years of experience. You work independently, have strong communication skills, and are presentable. Furthermore, you possess a valid VCA certificate, a B or BE driving license, and preferably a professional diploma (SVS) and a high-altitude platform certificate. Moreover, as a self-employed person (ZZP'er), you are registered with the Chamber of Commerce, have liability insurance, and can demonstrate that you work for multiple clients.

Your Responsibilities

You will contribute to our window cleaning projects, in accordance with current safety regulations. You will perform window cleaning tasks for our clients, including apartment complexes, commercial buildings, healthcare institutions, and more. We do not work for private individuals. You will use various work tools such as a standing ladder, pole washing method, and facade installations.

What You Need

• You have at least 5 years of experience as an all-around window cleaner
• a valid VCA certificate, and a B or BE driver's license
• Preferably, you possess a professional diploma (SVS) and a high-altitude platform certificate
• You are proficient in Dutch communication and can work independently
• Additionally, you are registered with the Chamber of Commerce, have liability insurance, and can demonstrate that you work for multiple clients.
