Job Description
As a front office employee in logistics, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and incoming drivers coming to load and/or unload goods. You will work with the planners and employees in the warehouse to make sure drivers pick up the right load and instruct them where the goods can be loaded.
What you will do:
- You will be the first point of inquiry for incoming visitors.
- You will receive and instruct drivers.
- You receive and inspect goods.
- You ensure telephone accessibility.
- You will support the planners and the inventory manager.
- You ensure the smooth flow of loading and unloading.
- You will be responsible for the administration of incoming goods.
- You identify and communicate deviations.
Who are we looking for?
- MBO-4 working and thinking level, no diploma required.
- Communication skills, accurate and customer-oriented.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
- Able to work independently and plan and organize well.
