Your main duties:

• Recruit and select suitable candidates for open positions
• Manage and of the network of both candidates and clients
• Conduct intake interviews with potential candidates
• Advising clients on the best candidates and labor market trends
• Drafting and publishing job postings
• Monitor progress of placements and supervise candidates during their assignments
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to sales activities

Your profile:

• HBO working and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience as an intercedent or in a similar position
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• Proactive attitude and commercial drive
• Ability to work independently and shift gears quickly
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
