Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Machine Operator at a client in Lekkerkerk, you will operate an advanced profiling line and, together with your fellow operators, batch produce steel profiles to size. You will be responsible for converting, adjusting and operating the production line, ensuring productivity and quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting, adjusting, converting and operating the production line and machines.
• Installing various machining tools and adjusting them.
• Working as a team to convert machinery and production equipment.
• Continuously check production and product quality against technical drawings.
• Fix minor malfunctions and actively think along to improve the production process.
• Intervene when processes and/or products are not perfect.

Who are we looking for?

• You have good assembly and adjustment skills.
• You have a minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position within the metal industry.
• You are process and results oriented.
• You can read technical drawings.
• You strive for perfection.
• You are collegial and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are willing to work a 2-shift schedule.
