Process Operator

For our client in the meat production industry, we are looking for a Process Operator who will be responsible for order processing and distribution both within the Netherlands and internationally. Your Responsibilities

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for processing orders and managing both domestic and international distribution. This role offers variety as each day brings new challenges. It's an operationally focused position with a strong emphasis on product quality. Additionally, you will handle the planning and organization of company resources. This involves closely monitoring orders, capacity, and staffing levels, and quickly adapting as needed.
You take ownership and play a coordinating role within the team. You'll be part of a growing organization that is constantly striving to optimize processes. As you gain experience within the department, you will progressively work both independently and as part of a team to enhance processes and drive improvements.

What You Need

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• MBO diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an operational environment.
