Are you technically inclined, do you have an eye for quality and do you think it would be cool to work with ropes and steel cables that are used worldwide in the shipping and hoisting industry? Then this is your chance! We are looking for new colleagues for a client for rope and steel cable department in Dordrecht.

Your responsibilities include:

• Custom production of rope and wire rope according to order.
• Perform visual quality checks and prepare products for shipment.
• Working with machinery and lifting equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Working closely with colleagues in the steel, rope and warehouse departments.

Who are you?

• You have technical understanding and are handy with tools.
• You enjoy working with your hands and love accuracy.
• You feel responsible for the quality of your work and think collaboratively.
• You function well independently and as part of a team.
• You show initiative and are willing to help colleagues.
• Experience with rope or wire rope is not necessary, but an interest in engineering and shipping is important. We are looking for people who want to invest in themselves and in this profession.

• A 36-hour work week with a set day off every other week.
• Working hours from 7:30 am - 4:15 pm.
