The technical department plays a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of our production process by keeping our operations running day and night. As Team Leader you are responsible for coordinating the deployment of shift leaders and mechanics, planning the department, and providing support to mechanics in solving technical problems. You will also contribute to devising adjustments, maintenance and repairs in the electrical, mechanical and mechanical fields, and ensure a positive atmosphere and cooperation within your team.

As a technical services team leader, your responsibilities include:

- A flexible, ambitious work ethic with a customer-friendly, service and solution-oriented attitude;
- Perform administrative tasks for the maintenance system;
- Analyze and report on failure causes and suggest optimal solutions;
- Perform installation, repair and maintenance work;
- Monitor progress and overview of work and tasks;
- Reporting to the Head of Technical Services;
- Preparing maintenance for various installations.

Ideal candidate:

- Possesses broad technical knowledge and interest, including outside of own specialty;
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, control engineering and process engineering;
- A practical attitude with a hands-on mentality;
- Independent, structured and skilled in team leadership;
- Willingness to take additional training courses;
- Completed MBO 3-4 education in an electronic field, with relevant work experience.
