At our client, located in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, we are offering you the opportunity to excel as a Production Team Leader at the Coolstore, one of our dynamic locations. The Coolstore is a bustling center of activity, where young, energetic and emerging talent come together to streamline our logistics and production processes. This center plays a crucial role in preparing orders for distribution, both for retail products destined for supermarket shelves and for a wide range of customers worldwide.

Your role as Production Team Leader:

• Managing and coaching a team of production employees, ensuring optimal production line utilization.
• Daily collaboration and coordination with fellow team leaders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, essential to our "license-to-produce".
• Organize work to meet various customer specifications and export orders to over 50 countries.
• Manage tight order and transportation deadlines, where proper organization of the department is critical.
• Contribute to improvement processes and new product introductions, where your vision and commitment are highly valued.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• You have a completed MBO education and preferably 2 to 5 years of work experience in an operational environment.
• A hands-on mentality, solution-oriented, communicatively strong and a true team player.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, with English as a plus.
