Your main duties:

• Screening candidates: reviewing resumes, conducting motivational interviews and conducting screenings.
• Recruitment & selection: actively approach candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and the JobPoint network.
• Advising clients: contributing ideas on skills, competencies and match criteria within various sectors such as food and healthcare.
• Counseling candidates: preparing for job applications, coaching and providing aftercare.
• Onboarding and offboarding of candidates within the team.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies and optimize recruitment processes.

Your profile:

• Minimum mbo+/hbo working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of HR, communications or recruitment.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or recruiting.
• Proactive, socially adept and communicatively strong.
• Solution-oriented and flexible in switching between different sectors such as healthcare, logistics and food.
• Team player who values personal development and collegiality.
